At 420 Zone, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Due to the nature of our products and applicable health regulations, all sales are final. Many of our items are intended for personal use and may come into contact with the mouth. For hygiene and safety reasons, and in accordance with Health Canada guidelines, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

All Sales Are Final
All purchases made in-store or through delivery are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, except as outlined below.

In-Store Purchases
Customers must carefully inspect all items before leaving the store. Please make sure your item is in acceptable condition at the time of purchase. Once you leave the store with your item, it is considered accepted as-is.

Damaged Glass Items
If a glass item is broken or damaged, 420 Zone may issue store credit only. No refunds will be provided.

Delivery Orders
All orders are recorded and documented prior to being packaged and sent out to ensure accuracy and condition. Upon delivery, customers must inspect their order immediately. Any damage, missing items, or other issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Mechanical Issues
If you experience a mechanical or functional issue with a product, you must contact the manufacturer directly for warranty or repair support. Customers are responsible for any shipping charges related to manufacturer claims or warranty service.

Store Credit Only
Where approved, compensation will be provided as store credit only. Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
